Mr. Boyd has completed all the requirements including experience, academic
course work, written and oral examinations of the American Society of
Appraisers and the Uniform Standards of Practice of Professional Appraisal
Practice, specializing in the valuation of fine art. He is an Accredited
Senior Appraiser of the Society. Prior to devoting his time
to Fine Art Appraisal, he owned and operated Elan Galleries in Laguna Beach
and The Boyd/Sherrel Gallery in Los Angeles, dealing in International art. In
1985, he established an agency in Paris to trade art between Europe and
America. Since 1989, he has had no involvement as a principle in either
gallery or the Paris buying agency. He is an approved appraiser for the
Federal Oversight Board and The Resolution Trust Corporation under the
requirements of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement
Act of 1989.

Trust Corporation to formulate valuation and divestiture strategies for the Western
Region. He was specifically involved in the appraisal and divestiture of the
fine art assets of Lincoln Savings and Loan, Columbia Savings and Loan,
Liberty Savings and Loan, Newport Savings and Loan, Sierra Savings and Loan,
and Unity Savings and Loan.

Mr. Boyd to estimate value for insurance and loss. He is familiar with the
requirements and the eccentricities of appraisal for insurance and the types
of values required for different types of coverage and the use of
